Memorial Plaque Application Disclaimer

If there is no will, most states follow this order of priority (from highest to lowest) for next of kin:

Relationship: When they are "Next of Kin" (Listed in Order of Priority)
1. Spouse (legally married at the time of death)
2. Adult Children (biological or legally adopted)
3. Parents (biological or legal guardians)
4. Siblings (full siblings first, then half-siblings)
5. Grandparents
6. Aunts/Uncles
7. Cousins

To ensure fairness and accuracy, applications must be submitted with complete and correct information. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be denied.
